Built on a sprawling 6.75 acres of prime real estate, the 101 Worli Residences are a luxury mixed use development comprising of three high-rise residential towers that are surrounded by a unique oasis of cascading water falls and lush green gardens. Brave Brands was approached direct by the buildings Indian developers Enpar-Lotus Group, to produce a distinctive brand identity that will enable them to go to market with their luxury development.
Following our business process and expertise, we created a number of identity routes, where one was chosen by the client and developed into a final design language. From this we were tasked in creating a number of sales & marketing collaterals’ for use within an upcoming Dubai based real estate exhibition, as well as overseeing a digital project that the group had already commissioned for their development.
